Hey! I am Stevanne and I have made conscious communication my passion.

It wasn’t always like that. There was a time, where I’d rather hide behind a door, than actually having to talk with people. Then I realized that effective communication is the currency of progress. Without it, we pay the price. Together we will make your desired communication style, your default style.

Stevanne is a Behaviour Change Expert and Certified Leadership Trainer & Coach. Things are done differently in her training sessions: no boring theory or endless slides, but real-time guidance and personalized feedback, combined with refreshing insights supported by science. Stevanne combines her natural calmness with positive confrontation, which results in concrete actions.
